A few things you should know

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that was much appreciated during our stay. The hot pools and variety of activities provided great entertainment for the entire family.

The cleanliness of certain areas, especially outside the hotel, could use some attention. The rooms, while spacious, had a few maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

Request a specific diet in advance for better meal options, as vegetarian choices may be limited.

The location is absolutely breathtaking! The hot springs were refreshing and not too crowded. Our family had access to a variety of activities including ziplining, horse riding, and paintball, which kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to the staff at the La Vita Spa for their exceptional service during treatments and delicious buffet dinners served at the onsite restaurants.

Noisy neighbors.

We had such a relaxing time with my family, enjoying the rock spring pools and exploring the lovely walking trails. The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments were just what we needed to unwind. A little tip, be careful with the breakfast items as some pot lids are tricky to handle! 😊

The room was spacious and smelled fresh, which was a major plus. I appreciated the clean beds and linen, though the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. It was nice having a TV with enough channels, but let's be real, you're not there to watch TV anyway. a comfy spot to rest after enjoying the pools and activities.
